Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
Advertising Platform Notice: PetCare.city is an advertising directory and AI lead-generation platform only. We do not verify, endorse, or recommend any listed business. We do not sell products or services. We are not a party to any arrangement between users and businesses. Use of any listed business is entirely at your own risk.
📄 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using petcare.city (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
📋 2. Nature of the Platform
PetCare.city is an advertising directory and AI lead-generation platform. The Platform allows pet care businesses to advertise their services — including via AI-powered business pages — and allows members of the public to browse those advertisements.
🤖 3. AI Features & AI Business Pages
Premium business listings may include an AI assistant ("AI Feature") trained on information submitted by the business owner. By interacting with an AI Feature on any business page, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The AI assistant represents the listed business's information as submitted by the business owner — not verified by PetCare.city.
- Contact information you voluntarily provide during an AI chat session (name, phone number, etc.) will be shared with the relevant business owner as a sales lead.
- AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate. Verify important details (pricing, availability, credentials) directly with the business.
- Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or medical information in AI chat sessions.
🔍 4. No Verification or Endorsement
We do not verify, background-check, license-check, vet, or endorse any business listed on this Platform. The presence of a business on PetCare.city — including businesses with AI-powered pages — does not constitute any form of recommendation, approval, or quality assurance.
👤 5. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable United States federal and state laws.
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.
- Not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information via any form or AI chat on the Platform.
- Not attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, AI systems, or security.
- Accept full responsibility for any decision made based on information found on this Platform, including AI responses.
🏪 6. Business Listings
- All submitted information must be accurate, current, and lawfully owned or licensed by the submitter.
- Listings must represent a genuine, operating pet care business in the United States.
- Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information used to train their AI assistant.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that generate credible complaints or contain AI information that is misleading.
The business owner is solely responsible for their listing content, AI assistant responses, and the services they provide. PetCare.city bears no responsibility for any claim arising from a listed business's conduct or AI communications.
💳 7. Payments and Refunds
Premium AI Business Page fees are charged as a one-time flat advertising fee for a 365-day period. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor and are subject to their terms.
Listing fees are generally non-refundable once published. If a listing is rejected before publication, a full refund will be issued.
⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetCare.city shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, any AI Feature, any business discovered through the Platform, or any inaccuracy in any listing or AI response. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
©️ 9. Intellectual Property
All Platform design, code, text, graphics, branding, and AI systems are the property of PetCare.city. Business owners retain ownership of their submitted content but grant PetCare.city a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content (including for AI training purposes) for the duration of their listing.
🔄 10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
🇺🇸 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
