Advertising Platform Notice: PetCare.city is an advertising directory only. We do not verify, endorse, or recommend any listed business. We do not sell products or services. We are not a party to any arrangement between users and businesses. Use of any listed business is entirely at your own risk.
📄 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using petcare.city (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and business owners who interact with the Platform in any way.
📋 2. Nature of the Platform
PetCare.city is strictly an advertising directory. The Platform allows pet care businesses to pay to advertise their services and allows members of the public to browse those advertisements.
🔍 3. No Verification or Endorsement
We do not verify, background-check, license-check, vet, or endorse any business listed on this Platform. The presence of a business on PetCare.city does not constitute any form of recommendation, approval, or quality assurance by us.
Ratings and review counts displayed on listings are sourced from third-party data (such as Google) and are presented for informational purposes only. We do not independently verify their accuracy.
👤 4. User Responsibilities
By using this Platform, you agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable United States federal and state laws.
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without our written permission.
- Not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information via any form on the Platform.
- Not attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security.
- Accept full responsibility for any decision you make based on information found on this Platform.
🏪 5. Business Listings
Business owners who submit listings to PetCare.city agree to the following:
- All submitted information (name, address, phone, description, photo) must be accurate, current, and lawfully owned or licensed by the submitter.
- Listings must represent a genuine, operating pet care business located in the United States.
- Submitters must not impersonate other businesses or submit listings on behalf of businesses they do not represent.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including listings that violate these Terms or receive credible complaints.
The business owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing and the services they provide. PetCare.city bears no responsibility for any claim arising from a listed business's conduct.
💳 6. Payments and Refunds
Premium listing fees are charged as a one-time flat advertising fee for a 365-day listing period. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (WayForPay) and are subject to their terms.
Listing fees are generally non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed and published. If a listing is rejected by us before publication, a full refund will be issued. For disputes, please contact us via the Contact page.
⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetCare.city, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Any services obtained from a business discovered through the Platform.
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any listing.
- Any conduct of a listed business, whether before, during, or after engagement.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All Platform design, code, text, graphics, and branding are the property of PetCare.city and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit (photos, descriptions) but grant PetCare.city a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform for the duration of their listing.
🔄 9. Modifications to Terms and Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice and without liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
