What is Peak Period?

During peak dates, which often align with popular travel seasons or holidays, we experience our highest demand. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to meet your needs. There is an extra $5 per night charge during holidays, fall breaks, spring breaks, and summer dates.

Do you offer anal gland services?

No. We do not offer anal gland expression as a service. Additional grooming services include teeth brushing, de-matting, de-shedding, and express grooming.

Do you offer walk-in grooming?

No. Grooming and bath services are by appointment only. You must have an account, an appointment, and up-to-date vaccines for all Ruff Housing grooming services. Additionally, all grooming dogs should arrive by 10:30 AM at the latest. Dogs who are only here for bathing services must arrive by 12 PM.

What is included with a bath?

A bath includes a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Pricing is based on breed and size.

Can I bring personal bedding and toys?

No. We do not accept outside bedding, blankets, or toys. We provide beds and blankets upon request. Raised cots are also available.
